Nine heat levels, a lining you wipe clean, and a timer that switches it off. You zip in like a sleeping bag with your head out, choose a level from 95 to 176°F, and set the timer for up to an hour. Lifepro's manual says it also cuts out if it overheats. The lining is waterproof PU and PVC, and the blanket folds into the carry bag it comes with. Amazon sells and ships it, and the listing gives 30 days to return it.

It runs cooler, topping out at 158°F by the listing's own chart, and the listing doesn't say how many heat steps it has. The shell is waterproof oxford cloth that wipes clean. Amazon's summary of buyer reviews flags zipper pulls that break, so test the zip in your first week, while the 30-day return window on the listing is still open.

Why only two made the list
We checked more than 40 sauna blanket listings on Amazon on 27 September 2026. Most had fewer than 50 reviews, no working buy button, or both. HigherDOSE, the best-known name, sat just under our rating bar, so it isn’t ranked. We would rather show you two we can stand behind than pad the list.
Keeping it clean and fresh
What stops a blanket smelling is sweat that never dries. Lifepro’s manual gives the routine:
- Wear clean cotton long sleeves, trousers and socks, and put a towel under your head.
- Afterwards, switch it off, unplug it and let it cool for 30 minutes.
- Wipe the inside with a slightly damp cloth or an antibacterial wipe. No harsh cleaners, and never a washing machine.
- Let it dry open before you fold it into the bag, and store it somewhere cool and dry.
A washable liner, like the towel insert above, takes most of the sweat.
Heat safety, from the maker’s manual
In October 2025 the US Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of Lifepro’s BioRemedy blankets with a gray control pad, after 65 reports of overheating, 32 of them burns. The RejuvaWrap we rank is a different model and is not named in the recall. If you own a BioRemedy, check your model number against the notice.
Lifepro’s RejuvaWrap manual says not to use it if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other heart implant, and to ask your doctor first if you are over 60, have diabetes or heart disease, or take prescription medicine. It also says never to let it heat up empty, and to keep the controller off the blanket. We review products; we are not clinicians.
Questions people ask
- Can I fall asleep in a sauna blanket?
- Don't plan to. Both picks switch off when the timer ends, but Lifepro's manual says not to use it for more than 60 minutes, and to wait 24 hours between sessions.
- Can I use it on my bed?
- On most beds, yes. Lifepro's manual says to use a flat, heat-resistant surface such as a bed, floor or couch, and never a waterbed, memory foam, latex, a waterproof sheet or an adjustable bed. Cover a leather couch with a towel first.
- How much power does it use?
- It plugs into a normal wall outlet. BON CHARGE, one of the few makers to publish a figure, rates its blanket at 600 watts.
